"Ladder VFX" Advanced Clean Up Composite with 3D Camera Reprojection

"Ladder VFX" is a composite task I was assigned where the client requested the construction ladder to have its safety latches fully unfolded in a horizontal position. The approach I took included first 3D camera tracking the footage, subtracting any moving parts of the plate with masks for the tracker. I then re-projected a clean plate over the footage. Using a freeze frame I rotoscoped parts of the ladder and after extending each part with the paint node put everything back together tracking each part to their respective position. Finally I rotated the latches to their correct/safe position, which is fully horizontal.

The project was done in Blackmagic Fusion Studio, but since I also practiced the A over B pipe vertical script, with some nodes directly from Nuke (using the Reactor plugin), I would be able to recreate the exact same script in Nuke if I needed to.
