Pippi Longstocking: 3D Characters (Pippi)

Pippi Longstocking, created for “Hurra,” the music video celebrating her 80th anniversary, during my work at Stiller Studios.

I worked across the full character creation process, from modeling, clothing and texturing to rigging and look development, collaborating with Antony Evans on Pippi and the other characters.

The character pipeline used Character Creator and Unreal Engine 5. I sculpted Pippi’s hair in Blender and set up spring bones for her pigtails, giving them physics-driven movement in UE5.

My character work for the video also included Tommy, Annika, Lilla Gubben and Herr Nilsson, all in collaboration with Antony.
